My Texas Table - Easter & Spring Recipes

Happy Sunday friends!!!

I hope y'all had a good weekend. This past week was spring break for my kids, so we had a wonderful and busy week. The weather was gorgeous, so we finally had time to get our back yard cleaned up from old man winter and start on our raised bed garden expansion. Spring is finally here my friends and Easter is just around the corner. ???  If you're looking for a few Easter recipes you've come to the right place. Today's newsletter is filled with Easter treats and springs desserts perfect for the upcoming holiday. I hope you'll find something you like.

Swing into spring with these Easter and spring inspired recipes!

This Crock Pot Chicken & Dressing is getting a lot of attention on the blog right now. This simple recipe has all the flavors of traditional cornbread dressing with the addition of chicken, layered in your slow cooker. Pair with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, southern peas or green beans and fluffy rolls to complete the meal.  Click here to view the full recipe

Last week I spotted these decadent Blackberry Cheesecake Bars with a Vanilla Pecan Crust and I immediately pinned  them for berry season. This recipe starts with a vanilla pecan cookie crust, topped with cheesecake filling and fresh blackberries spooned on top. Yum..... is all I can say. Click here to view the full recipe  at Hugs & Cookies. I also spotted this French Coconut Pie (Trisha Yearwoods Recipe) and it's too delicious not to share. I found this recipe on one of my favorite blogs!  Click here to view the full recipe  at Bunny's Warm Oven.
